THREE STYLES OF INSPECTION HOME The three styles of inspection described below can be modified to further suit your needs. You can come late, or leave early. Your family, friends and real estate agent (if you are working with one) are more than welcome. We try our best to give you the best home inspection experience possible. Some wish to follow along and "jointly" inspect all that I inspect. Others only wish to see and understand the bottom line. Let me know what you require and I will do my best to provide it for you.

Style A:   Inspector to access home independently to inspect and produce computerized report.  The Buyer will meet inspector at the conclusion for a walk through and summary of Inspector's findings.      (Buyer will spend 1 hour on site) Style B:   Inspector and Buyer to access home for Inspection.  Buyer to observe and participate in inspection process to the extent they may desire. When Inspection only is complete  (no report written), Buyer will meet with inspector for a walk through and summary.  The inspector will then produce computerized report in office to be available for download or email within 24 hours.      (Buyer will spend 3.5 hrs on site) Style C:   Inspector and Buyer to access home for Inspection and to produce a computerized Report. Buyer to observe and participate in inspection process to the extent they may desire. When inspection and Report are complete, Buyer will meet with inspector for a walk through and summary.      (Buyer will spend 5.5 hrs on site) Each of the three styles are the same price.  Our time estimates are not fixed.  We take the time as needed to thoroughly inspect the house and make any concerns clearly known to you.
